They have a desk there where people tell you all about the activities in Orlando. So im sure they will know because I honestly don't.
Front desk is the best option, but I don't think there is a free shuttle.
If you are pre-planning your trip, call the main number for the resort and ask for the Concierge Desk. They can help you with arrangements - there's possibly a tour to the Space Center. The shuttle to Sea World is free, but there is a fee to most other attractions in the area.
There is no shuttle as it is on the coast. KSC is great. I just went this year.
It took us about an hour or so to drive. No shuttle for this. It is worth your time to go there!
