I can't get through to the operator. Does the facility provide laudry detergent or do we need to bring our own? Also on the shuttle to Disney and Universal are they set departure and return times and is the van able to accommodate a scooter? Thank

Yes to laundry detergent. No fabric softener however. Shuttles are set times. No clue about the vans ability to transport a scooter.
