It's not a question but the people are very unprofessional, they told me they could braid my daughter's hair on the phone, but when I got there, they did something different, just plaiting a 2 year old girl, with NO artificial hair and charged $50.

So sorry to hear that that happened to your child. They really need to be reported so they don't keep messing up people's hair. I post publicly to the world so a bunch of people are going to see this!!! Sorry for both of you 😔☹️

Sorry to hear that and my hair actually fell out due to the braids being so tight... I had two ppl braiding my hair and they braided hair that shouldn't have been braided.... I will never go back there
