We entered and we’re not greeted at all. We signed in and waited and waited. Clients weee leaving and every stylist either went on break or just sat there talking or were on their phones. Not one word of communication whatsoever. Worst place I’ve ever taken my son to!!! Absolutely ridiculous that no one could even give us an update.
