I should’ve read the reviews before going! I went in yesterday to get passion twist. I get there and the young girl tells me they don’t have the hair for that. Then I asked for Nubian twist. She said they don’t have the hair for that either. Then she suggested I get braids or some type of cornrows because that’s the only hair they provide. If I wanted that I would’ve asked for that! After that I sat there for so long in a chair i assume they just decided if I wasn’t getting what they wanted me to get then I leave. Which is exactly what I did. I was actually entertained by the arguing amidst the workers while being forgot about. This place is ghetto and unprofessional.

The employee named Ava(or Eva)put box braids in aside from the fact they were much larger than the picture I showed her also she didn’t braid to the end as I specified. The service was horrible and I still had to pay $260. As soon as I sat in the chair, she starting texting endlessly. Then she started talking loud in my ear to every employee at each booth. Then she went and got food and starting eating while she was braiding my hair, then she took about 20 minutes trying to put her credit card information in the phone(maybe she was placing some type of order), then she comes back and puts her earbud in, sets her phone up and start video chatting. Then she gets up and walk to the booth to my right and start sharing the video chat with another employee. By now I’m absolutely livid! So, I turned around and said Eva, i really need to get my hair finished. Her supervisor, May comes over to try to smooth the situation but by then it’s much too late. There was one other girl in there eating and doing hair. But, no one behaving like her. If you go there, please don’t allow her to do your hair. Honestly, the service was so bad I starting looking around to see if I was being punked on a TV show or something

My hair turned out nice but I waited 8hrs. Not enough staff available most come in at 9:30 or 10 and the place opens at 8am, then took breaks to eat. Then they were fussing to the point most people stopped braiding. The pricing is not clear, different people were given different prices.

I've gone here twice, I didn't like the first time but I had nobody to do my hair and I had to go.. the first time there there must have been some sort of commotion within the salon with the employees because there was some sort of fight amongst the women. They spent four hours, you read that correctly 4 hours arguing amongst themselves over my head. I left with a headache and as someone who's extremely introverted exhausted. The second time I had to go in here because the usual person that does my hair couldn't squeeze two heads in. I sat here for almost 2 hours in the chair waiting. If it was just me I would have left but my kid needed their hair done for back to school. I waited in that chair for 2 hours. The first time I got my hair done there I took it out within 2 weeks because I broke up with a weird rash in my scalp and I thought maybe it was something I did. But now here I am the second time with the exact same rash it's only been 4 days and they're sores all over my scalp. I don't know if they're not cleaning there equipment or if it's a type of hair they use because my skin is itching so bad. I have a rash on my scalp. It's been 4 days and my son who I took in to get his hair done before school has already unraveled.
