I have restrictions for corrective lenses but have had cataract surgery in both eyes. i have a form from an eye specialist stating i don't need glasses. Report of vision without glasses 20/20 right eye----20/25 left eye----20/20 both eyes. ?????

Yes. Go into the DPS office and show them this form to have this restriction lifted. There might be some forms that you will have to fill out. In the meantime, you might like to ask DPS for Handicapped tags (temporary ones) since you have this form from the doctor until you feel comfortable enough to drive with your new eyesight.
