What percentage on average, does the firm get if they win the case? I don't want to give away more than 30-35% of the settlement.

Same for me, 30%. I paid out more than I got back. But, I do feel I received more than I would have, if I sued personally. They were also really nice and helpful, their chiropractors are good too.

It's 70 -30 but afterr you go thru there chiropractor, there doctor for 4 rounds of injections, and there rides to and from. And hospital bill they end up with more at least in my case.
