Why is it when my dad calls witherite law he can never get anyone on the phone or by email. It's like pulling teeth. He's in serious pain and still going to work. Because of the accident he lost his business.

I operate a different law firm, and have a window in on this. Witherite office is in Dallas County, and we're limited to having 50% staff in office each day. But still have the 100% of clientele :) My advice is to keep trying, and write a single email seeking status/help to your dad's case manager. Hope that helps -ktc
