Best if you go to the shop. Phil's prices are usually pretty reasonable regardless, on top of great work.
His prices are very low, especially when one considers the high quality work he does. I always expect the bill to be higher. I wouldn't go anywhere else for muffler repairs. He also has a can do attitude, when others say they can't do something, he has the ingenuity to customize for an excellent solution.
Go to the shop. Phil does very good work and is very reasonably priced.
