Rick & Ray’s auto is an exceptional place for car repair and maintenance. I’ve never seen such professionalism in an auto repair establishment. They had my Expedition back to me when they said they would. They did a fantastic job. I know I can trust them. Sergio is an excellent communicator which is so important for those of us who are not knowledgeable in the field of mechanics. I highly recommend Rick & Ray’s!!

I had a really bad leak in my transmission and my motor mounts were so bad on the engine that it visibly rocked when accelerated in park. The manager, Sergio, was prompt in getting the car in and through a very detailed inspection that not only discovered these problems but many others I wouldn't have guessed. He emailed a link with pictures and full descriptions of all that was wrong and all that was involved in repairing it - including individual pricing. One of his mechanics, Rickey Collins, was put in charge of this inspection, and honestly, with his long list of credentials and decades of experience, I was more than confident about the job being satisfactorily undertaken by him. Moreover, I brought my car in under an extended warranty: Protect My Car, a company that was sooooo slow about approving any repairs, but Rick & Ray's Autoplex manager, Sergio, was very understanding and patient as we finally got some of the repairs authorized. The entire staff at Rick & Ray's Autoplex, from the front desk to the mechanics floor really has the customer in mind and their service level goes way beyond any other shop you can hope to encounter. Not only do I trust them to correctly diagnose any problems and give me quality work that lasts, but their work is also reasonably priced and guaranteed. It's nice to be able to trust a mechanic shop to do right by the customer and the people at Rick & Ray's Autoplex are the most trustworthy group I've met. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I had problems with my Hybrid system in my Kia Optima. They were very knowledgeable and figured out what the problem was. These are very difficult issues to resolve but they hung in there and finally resolved the issue. Im very happy with the repair and customer service. They covered my tow charge and took care of me every step of the way. I would recommend Rick and Rays Auto Plaza to everyone. They are professional.
