I would call them to see if it's SEASONAL OR POSSIBLY only available at the stores near area lakes. I personally have only bought minnows at small shops out by Grapevine & Possum Kingdom Lakes.

I have seen them sell worms but i dont know of its like a seasonal thing
No , but they sell worm bedding so you can catch your own.
