YUP. Just.... YUP. Flavorful, juicy chicken and good with a great atmosphere and service. Totally worth the wait.

Yep. The food is that good and the service is incredible. Its totally worth the wait.
My limit on the line time is just under 3 hours. That's how good it is, although the line can get longer than that on weekends. Luckily they recently added another order taker with a tablet out front, which has already cut down the time in line. They are also working on expanding the kitchen in the back, which will make everything much faster.
Been there many times...waited a while every time but I'd go do it again and again...the best...my favorite place

I'm a spicy chicken sandwhich fan and this one is the absolute best in SoCal (if not in the west). I can't wait as long as others...the most I waited was 45 minutes and thats only because I got lucky a couple of times. I just don't have the time available in my schedule to wait longer...but I can see why others wait. Your first time out though, you might want to time your visit when the line is the shortest.
