I've been with Cal Bear Credit Union for a few years now, and I cannot say enough about the professional experience I have received. Member Service Officer Daniel Rincon raised the bar with his utmost professional expertise and determination in getting a loan approved for my son. Since I'm a member, I referred my military son to Mr. Rincon. His overall professionalism and rates were better than the military credit union offered my son, and he was approved in less than 24 hours. My son was stunned. I wasn't because I had bought a vehicle before with the help of Mr. Rincon, and the rates were unbelievable. My son shared the rates with his Sergeant, and the Sergeant couldn't believe the rates Cal Bear offered. Overall, another excellent and professional experience working with Mr. Rincon at Cal Bear. Mr. Rincon, thank you for your hard work and dedication. My son and I are very grateful, and now you have customers for life because I know this is my son's first purchase of many more. I also need an upgrade, so I'll see you soon.

Rincon handled our recent loan request. He was precise and clear in his instructions on what he needed from us.
