They are perfectionists and are having trouble finding a good location. And you can't divide a family like that!
Because it wouldn't have that special feeling attached to it. Just my opinion.
Opening a restaurant is a tough business and doing a franchise usually takes away from the uniqueness. I'm not sure if this is even s series question.
