If you come with cash, does this store perform a background check? 100% would pass just read something’s online that filling these out could lead to fraud. If not what are some stores that wouldn’t.Known as “private dealers”? I’m new to all this

Any person or store that makes buying and selling firearms a business is legally required to perform a background check. Payment method is irrelevant.

They do a background check before the purchase is ever started. So it really doesn't matter how you pay.

Dosent matter if you pay cash this place when pay for gun when it arrives they will do it just because you have clean background doesn't mean you will get it. There's a thing called delayed if you get that he have to wait more time and your info will sent to the FBI. Don't worry if you havea common name you will get delayed but you will get in a week after the delay. If you don't want a background check you might get lucky at a gun show.
