Thats a good question. Because Grab A Gun has several "warehouse only" locations that they house and ship inventory from, an item is in stock, just not housed in Coppell. With that being said, because the warehouse locations vary it may take a bit longer depending on location. Typically the arrival time is fairly quick and should be ready for you to pick up within 24 hours of arrival.
Our Coppell storefront is relatively small, so often times the exact item a customer is looking to pickup must be transferred there. It's not much different than going to a department store looking for a specific pair of shoes in a specific size and being told that it is in stock, but it would have to be transferred from another location. It's not ideal, but it's just not possible to have 1 of everything at all locations all the time. If we did, our storefront would have to be as large as our big box competitors (I'm sure you can think of one or two), and our prices would have to reflect that reality.
Pays to be patient, never walked away unsatisfied, best deals on the best firearms and any accessories you may be interested in! From what I've read online and in-person they care for their customers and give them specific detail
Just be patient it will come they will email you when it gets to the store
Grab a Gun has several warehouses scattered around and if the online store says it's in stock then that means one of their warehouses do indeed have your firearm and will ship to the Coppell store for processing and then pick-up. I felt like a kid waiting for his toy to come in the mail because I wanted my new firearm now. But their shipping is quite fast to their storefront and their customer service can't be beat. So it's a win win for me.
