Had a great time at a birthday party, but the bathrooms were out of order. It was very inconvenient to take several trips to the grocery store next door. I am pleased that accommodations were made to make up for this issue. We will return!

Recently remodelled. Obstacle courses are included in the basic pass/membership. Monthly membership is a great deal if you plan to come more then 4 times a year. There are climbing features requiring a harness that cost extra. Staff do a pretty good job supervising the floor. Snack stand staff are usually hiding, but any staff member on the floor is willing to help you if you ask. In general we have always had a really good experience here :)

Need to pay for everyone who wants to play. Otherwise just pay for kids and parent can just watch...
You may bring a cake and baked treats for the kids. However all other foods must be purchased through our park.
Depends on the duration. Starts with half hour. I remember I took an hour for my son for $14.99, and she asked if I wanted to join him for $4.99. And I believe an hour and a half is $15.99; and 2.5 hours is pbbly for $16.99.
$20 for 2.5 hours, but the website does have group coupons. Sometimes you can find a Groupon also.
It depends what package you choose. But its not too costly. For 1.5 hrs all access it is $16.99
It is a private business.. they can do as they deem necessary.
We purchased the membership for 6.99/month. It includes unlimited trips and you can jump as long as you want. Plus, each child gets a snack every visit. It's the best deal they have. I think it's actually less than just paying for an hour.
For kids is 8.99 / hour. For adults i think is 16.99 for 1.5 hours of play. But they have better membership fees. Im a member ...and i pay only 11.99 for unlimited play as many times as i want. Think that is a great deal.
Sure, but not by her/him self. You can go in with the child. Just wear socks and have the baby wear socks too.
