I dont even have an issue with any packages... just sorting out an adress and they keep me on hold to send me to voicemail. Why? What did i do? I am just merely changing an adress and can not help but feel i am being punished for it. Its 3:30 and and they close at 4:30, do i need to call earlier? Why does everyone else have to be responsible in their job but this location is aloud to bluntly ignore people. I am at a loss that goverment workers don't give a dip about their neighbors. Why?

USPS is the absolute worst delivery service on the face of the planet. Amazon can have something on my doorstep in 12 hours. USPS can't get it here in 12 days, 5 of those 12 being past delivery date. Pitiful.

Be careful when using their services. Specially their Package Intercept service. It will only cause delays and headaches. They will let you know the package was intercepted, waste 6 days, and then tell you they will deliver to the original destination anyway! No explanation why. I have seen better service in third world countries. This is a broken sudo-government want-to be department.

I have my last name in my mailbox and I receive more mail for the deceased tenant before me with a completely different last name getting mail. What is the point of the last name in the box if not to divert all this mail I am returning to sender?

When a carrier cases the mail before leaving the post office it's by address so that when they get out on the street it's in order of the address they start at. Unfortunately they don't give extra time for them to sort through the mail to check the names. If the person is really deceased you can write deceased on the letter but if it's someone that just doesn't live there anymore put RTS or return to sender.
