Super bad experience or better to say none. When you manage to communicate they put you on hold pir 30 minutes or they tell you to call you back and nobody does it... terrible service

I give the representatives who answer the phones an A for effort. They will document and reach out to the necessary departments assuring you that your issues will be resolved. Somewhere between their communication, your assigned team and the accounting department, communication is lost and or overlooked. I am not quite sure if the leading departments advise non experienced representatives about logistic or trucking industry variation in load maneuvers. I don't know how many times my invoices were rejected for not having BOLs or POD. Load outs, tow aways, and trailer moves usually don't have BOLs. You can note this and it will get overlooked. It can be read on the rate confirmation that no BOL is needed and your invoice will still get rejected. Another issue is relay loads. If your BOL reads an address example: start in Mexico and deliver to Denver CO but you pick up in Laredo TX and deliver to Denver CO, It may be rejected because the rate confirmation says origin Laredo TX and destination Denver CO. How many US owner operator drivers actually go into Mexico? Sometimes loads are relayed. Be sure to note that during submission. There are times when the final destination is different because a local driver may take to a different location within region. If you use Triumph make sure you cross your t' s and dot your i's in advance. Add your broker contact name, phone number and email in notes if necessary. That information it is probably on the rate confirmation but I don't think anyone pays attention to that because every rejection I have had reads " contacted NONE." Don't think they will be responsible for your rejections and make the calls for you. As a driver, be prepared to spend some time resolving denials and rejections of invoice. It is not a one-two snap submit and get paid. On the positive side, if your have a rate confirmation and BOL at time of submission things go very smooth and you get funded easily and quickly.

Triumph this not they way your treat customer and I don’t think it’s gone work because we do both jobs deal with brokers and and do the other things

your cash reserves were a result of non factored loads which debtors were obligated to send payment to your x-factoring co due to notice of assignment still in place. You need to make sure you send all your debtors the release letter you received from x-factoring co. so money can be sent directly to you the carrier. hope this helps
Large companies increasingly stretch invoice payment from 30 days to 90 days or longer. This puts small operations in a bind because their employee salaries, vendor payments, and taxes are due whether the customer pays or not. The solution for many companies is factoring. You can factor your accounts receivable and get paid immediately. You get the cash flow you need to meet current operating costs without incurring debt.
When a company needs to optimize cash flow, it can sell its outstanding invoices at a small discount to a factoring company. The factoring company will then collect the debt.
Yes, they're deductible as a business expense.
Factoring takes the billing and collecting off your shoulders. It can also improve relationships with customers by taking payment matters out of your interactions. Factoring can allow you to pay vendors more quickly and take advantage of their discount offers, saving you money.
Transportation and logistics, staffing companies, government contracting, oil, gas, and energy companies, manufacturing companies, telecommunication companies, and general services and product-focused businesses all can benefit from factoring.
Yes. Factoring is immediate payment for invoices with a small percentage retained by the factoring company. The money is already yours. It just hasn’t been received from your customers. • It’s faster. Loan processing can take weeks or longer. • It’s more flexible. You aren’t locked into a long repayment period. Just factor invoices when you need extra cash flow. • You have more control. The cash you receive for invoices is unrestricted, you can use it however you want. Many business bank loans require the money to be used for specific purposes.
