Really loved the market as every stall was selling their fresh produce. I would recommend to go but early in the morning around 8.30 am to grab more veggies. Also, i highly recommend the ginger beer (non - alcoholic ), especially the jalapeno flavour. It has a strong punch and we really enjoyed it and planning to visit again for it.

My wife and I come to this farmers market almost every Saturday. All the vendors are super friendly, and offer a wide range of goods. There are always lots of super fresh vegetables, plants, herbs etc to choose from, along with other refined goods. Locally roasted coffee, root beer, essential oils, bread and more are all available. There is a playground for the kids, and a large grassy area that is dog friendly.

Too early for peaches.
The past two weeks I have gone, I did not see any. You may have to check with one of the vendors personally to see if they have any that they have not displayed.
People maintain 6 ft of distance when waiting in line at booths and everyone I saw this past Saturday was wearing a mask
Yes there is a local person that brings stems and pre-made bouquets.
You will need to contact the city. Take a look at the Coppell web site or visit and speak with one of the vendors.
I have not seen fruit baskets because it's a local farmer's market. And fruit doesn't usually grow here except in summer
