This company has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! I spoke with a gentleman on the phone. He was very nice and knowledgeable about what I needed for my hair! Then an hour later the delivery driver dropped off my order. He too was really nice and explained the pieces I bought and how to look for quality (this was my first time). It was an overall amazing experience! Those two employees are AMAZING! I wish I knew their names. They represent the company and the values really well!

Found this company online and was very skeptical to purchase right away. Once I contacted them by phone and the lovely soft spoken gentleman explained how things work etc, I felt a little at ease. I love that they come to customer’s door with the products and no obligations to purchase. The delivery man executed an outstanding customer service and of course after I checked the hair, I most definitely purchased. Will come back and report on the hair once I have it colored, installed and washed after a few wks. Just wanted to leave a review on the customer service!
