Matter of fact, yes, students from college of southern Nevada can live here. All students associated with the state of Nevada higher education system are eligible to live here. UNLV students that are incoming freshmen cannot live here if they are out-of-state. In-state students can be exempted and live at U Distrct if they would like to do so! Hope this helps!
For now just UNLV students. You can live there once you transfer. Freshmen are required to live in the dorm
