Alex and his team were excellent to work with through the entire process of our home purchase. They worked hard within our tight schedule and answered any and all questions immediately. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Alex is the best realtor we have ever encountered. We interviewed several realtors before coming to the decision. He is very professional, he knows what he is taking about, not just what we wanted to hear, but what is the reality. He respected our wishes. He was with us all the way, I even call or text him during weekends & nights, & he answers back. He was able to sell our house fast. He also assisted us in finding a rental home. I have been talking about him to my other friends & has been recommending him to others. He will be my realtor again on the next journey to buying a new home. Emily was such a great help to us too. We would not have been able to have a seamless selling of our home if not for Alex & Emily. Thank you sooo much !

Alex and his team are knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and know how to get the job done. Alex advocated for us and made sure we were considering things that we didn't even know we needed to consider. He held our hands through every step of the process and made sure that we got a perfect home for the best possible price. I recommend Alex wholeheartedly to anyone who needs a realtor in Las Vegas.

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
