Let me tell you a little back story on how we ended up working with Bonnie Iverson. My father died in December 2021 we listed the house with another agent. He did nothing to sell the house and when we decided to fire him it didn't go well. Let's just say for a grown man to act so unprofessional he should not have kept his job. So fast forward Bonnie had to come in and start completely over from the beginning. She orchestrated the house cleaning and gardener also new pictures. We were back on the market within days. Bonnie also sacrificed part of her commission to the other realtor. We were so thrilled to be working with Bonnie she kept us informed of everything that goes along with a house sale. Very professional and truly went above and beyond which was a breath of fresh air. Bonnie worked with us on pricing and she was spot on we changed the price to what she suggested and we sold the house in two days after nothing for months. If you want an honest hard working realtor hire Bonnie Iverson you will be very pleased with her. She's awesome! Thank you again Bonnie for taking on a not so ideal situation and running with it. I will definitely use her again.

Bonnie was wonderful to work with! She came in and saved the day. We found Bonnie after some issues with our first realtor, she was understanding of the challenges and then went to work. She started from scratch by bringing in cleaners, taking new pictures and had the property back on the market within a few days. She communicated every step of the way and even though I live out of state nothing slowed her down. She even went the extra mile to take care of issues that came up with the property. Bonnie knows the market and will do everything in her ability to get your property sold. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again whether looking to buy or sale.

Bonnie is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Bonnie really cares about her clients. She was thorough, professional and great to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and has a knack for finding the right home for anyone.

We were looking for a real estate agent to list our rental property. Word-of-mouth led us to Bonnie. She more than exceeded our expectations. From her recommendations on what buyers would be looking for (for example no popcorn ceilings, fresh paint ,new appliances )to prepping for an open house. Her experience and knowledge of the market was Paramount .We were positively reassured through the whole process .She overdelivered in all aspects of the transaction . She will be our 1st choice in any future real estate dealings. Thank you Bonnie.

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.
In most cases, the buyer pays for the home inspection.
If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
When selling a property, it is incumbent upon the seller to disclose any details about the home that might negatively affect its value.
Factors such as the time of year and market conditions play a big role in how quickly a property sells. How you price, market and stage your home are also very important variables that will affect how long a home remains on the market.
Any fixture that is ‘attached’ or built into the house typically remains. For example, if your house has built-in bookshelves, they typically stay with the house. The same is true of kitchen or bathroom fixtures, and fireplaces. Exceptions and details can be discussed during the negotiation process.
There are many factors that affect the housing market, but understanding what to expect - and being prepared beforehand - can make buying and selling a property at the same time possible.
A professional appraiser will inspect a property and compare it to other similar homes in the area. From there, a fair market value is determined. Unless you plan on paying all cash for a property, you will likely need a home appraisal.
A real estate agent is paid as part of the closing costs, which comes out of the sale proceeds at the end of the process.
Your first step is to hire a real estate agent you trust. Together, you will set an asking price, prepare your home for listing, list and market your property, negotiate an offer, and close on the sale.
Sharing particular information when connecting with a real estate agent can help give you an idea of your home’s value in today’s market. The in-person expertise of a real estate agent will give you a more accurate opinion of your home’s value.
