Never had a problem here. The carriers are friendly and I’ve never had issues with my mail or packages.

I normally do not give one star but the older lady with short hair was very rude to my SO and I. They sent our package back without my knowledge (it wasn’t even in the facility a day) and that’s fine but the lady said that she doesn’t know why and was trying to send us away. I asked if she could at least look and see what happened she then proceeded to sigh at me and was very short. I asked if there was any way to stop the package she then said yes and wrote down my number and told me she would call me back this all was at 8:40 AM it is now almost 1:30 pm and I haven’t heard anything so I went back to the place and talked to a very nice older man. He told me that they CAN NOT stop packages. I was supposed to leave for vacation hours ago but I have waited for her all day for no reason.

Horrible customer service, they will argue with customers, be extremely rude and condescending. Have been told they do not do certified? And argued with me. Confusing when I mail certified on a regular basis. When asked if they could please get a manager, the manager tells they indeed can mail certified, instead of apologizing, they were rude making comments. Packages have come up missing, when tracked they never left the post office. Will never use this post office again.

Rarely a wait line to stand in and everyone I've worked with has been very professional, small town friendly. You can get different sizes if mail boxes I think they rent by the 6 month or maybe by the year. Most all of your small to medium packaging needs are covered. Plus they sell really cool stamps
