On behalf of a friend, there is a few girl’s at this clinic names of Alexis and another girl. That trained so poorly to a new employee and treated them with such disrespect and attitude. Picked and picked on there new employee. Didn’t bother to stop and help and give proper help in the training process she expected them to know how to do there job properly. I believe if you have someone training a new employee they have the knowledge themselves to be training and the respect to treat people how they should be treated not belittled by every little thing they do. Not everyone is as perfect as them and you should re evaluate your employees to treat people with respect!!!! Disgusted by this place.

I can not provide a worse rating. I went to the ER after waking up with a stomach ache, nausea, and vomiting. I was under the impression that I had one of three things, norovirus, food poisoning, or coronavirus. They placed me on the EKG and gave me a CT scan, none of which gave me an option to decline or mention the associated costs. I have insurance through them as well since they merged its select care health insurance plan with Providence in 1997. Next thing I receive a bill for over $4000. The CT] scan alone was over two times the highest average cost for CT scans in our area. After doing additional research the EKG cost was much lower on average. How is price gouging legal for emergency services? I understand paying a bit more for ER Services although doubling/tripling the price for services is not okay. This has been on mainstream media for a while now and nothing is being done. It feels like we should die or pay outrageous prices for help.

My husband went here twice and has received absolutely NO diagnosis, no medication prescribed, no help, and the doctors blamed anxiety for his crippling abdominal pain. He cannot eat without puking and he could barely use the bathroom for weeks, he ended up waiting to go to his primary care doctor to get actual help. I would never recommend this place to anyone. $2,300 for one visit - with no diagnosis and no treatment whatsoever. I should have known better to take him here when I saw the 2 star review

Took granddaughter into ER tonight she swallowed her earring shes 2 1/2 everyone from the moment we walked in was so good to us, dr was thorough and attentive to us, great staff tonight very satisfied with care and treatment,
