Absolutely the most disappointing service we've ever had, has been at the cottage grove les schwab. I called a couple weeks ago to schedule an appointment to get the tires on my husbands truck rotated, the lady I spoke to told me that they didn't schedule appointments for that particular procedure and that all he had to do was come in any day Monday thru Saturday regular business hours and that it was a first come first serve. So today my husband went to les schwab to get a tire rotation handed the desk clerk his keys and was told it would be about an hour to hour and a half wait time. 3 hours goes by and his truck just sits there meanwhile he watched employees standing around with their hands in their pockets or just chatting away with other employees and 4 customers pull up, walk in tell and the clerk what they needed (tire rotation) and within 5 minutes their truck was taken into the service area and the tires rotated. They need to reevaluate the way their first come first serve method cause it shouldn't rated by valued customer, who has friends or family that works there or who spent the most money or still owes money. First come first serve is exactly what it means. So do yourself a favor take that little extra drive and go to any other les schwab or go to any other tire company. Dont waste your time or whole day at this one.

I've been dealing with Les Schwab for many years now. Up to now I haven't had any problem. But I will say that the staff that I have dealt with at the Cottage Grove Les Schwab are very very rude as I have been in there store several times and dealt with several employees. The only reason I'm dealing with them now is because I've already bought the tires. So I'm here again today because I wasn't happy with the tires they ordered and not the ones I really wanted anyway so we'll see if the next set fits. When I told this gentleman who ordered different tires that they were probably gonna be too big and they would rub he told me that's all that they could do?... Today they told me to come back in 1 hour and it would be a 2 hour wait but when I talked to someone here in the parking lot who rolled right in and they didn't have an appointment so I'm not sure what's up with that.. so when I drop my car off later today we'll see how it goes.. But be sure I will never come back to this store..

I recommend wearing a mask inside. It cuts down on the smell of all those tires. I had an appointment but had to wait 3 hours and then reschedule the appointment. Not what I would call good service.

Was told ball joint on one side of vehicle needed replaced and they would have it done by closing. Half an hour before closing they called me and and told me they hadn't started on my truck and asked if I was expecting it to be done. I said yes. They said well we can stay late to do it if you'd like. Well since I gave them the option earlier in the day to push it to tomorrow and I was told no it wasn't an issue to do today, yes I would like you to stay late and finish. Called me back 2 min later told me it was both sides that needed repaired but they don't have the part. I asked why that wasn't found when they inspected the first time? So just repair what you can.
