Over the course of five years, we bought two houses with Larry. First, a regular gorgeous house with a huge garden for our daughter in Yucca Valley, and then a very nicely remodeled spacious mobile home for our son in Desert Hot Springs. We were buying both properties remotely, so Larry had to put a huge load on his shoulders, and coordinated everything brilliantly. He took care of the showings, making and uploading videos of the endless number of properties, preparing and signing the documents and much more. Everything vent unbelievably smoothly both times. Larry is a great person, he deeply cares about his clients, and is simply one of the best realtors I have ever met in my life. Thank you, Larry!

Larry went above and beyond my expectations. He had a vast wealth of knowledge from inspection expectations, future home needs, the value to sale price and how to navigate the market with an FHA amidst cash buyers. He found me EXACTLY what I wanted and used outstanding relations to win me the offer. Even after my purchase he would touch base and provide me with amazing local resources for all of my maintenance and logistical needs for my home. I will always remember him as a helping hand into one of the biggest securities for the future of my family.

Larry helped me sell two undeveloped properties. There wasn’t much money in it for him and other realtors weren’t very interested because of the small commission they would get. Larry did not have a problem with that. Larry is knowledgeable and honest. He kept me informed every step of the way. I would use Larry again and recommend him to my friends.

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.

What does selling a home ‘as-is’ mean?

Profile at Optimize5 | Mar 5, 2022

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
