I just moved in here a week ago and I have had a great experience so far. Move in day was very smooth and I was able to get my stuff in very fast. My room was very clean and well kept for when I moved in. All of the amenities are great and I love being able to live close to campus. The only complaint I have is the parking situation. I signed up for a parking pass and when I moved in they told me I didn’t. Then they said they’d give me a spot on the fourth floor even though I live on the second. And after they gave me the spot the front desk said that they actually did see that I paid for a parking pass but they must have just missed my name when assigning them. I thought this was very unprofessional as now I have to park 2 floors above my room just because they accidentally skipped over me.

This will be my 3rd year living at the degree & the only few complaints I have is the fact that my rent went from $675 flat last year to $764 this year all to live in the same unit. Another complaint would be the printer, hot tub, & elevators being down majority of my time here as well as the pool being dirty, often time there are cans & pizzas just floating for days. But besides those issues, I love having my own bed/bathroom as well as a balcony. Personally my favorite part is the counter & cabinet space in the kitchen, theres so much space you don’t have to worry about where to put your appliances, space to meal prep, etc. The workers are also very helpful to answer your questions and best accommodate you. Any time I’ve had to call the office or go down to visit it was always a smooth & sweet process. I look forward to spending my last year here at the degree!
