Nelly is the best in the office. She tends to remember things and does not BS like the others. I am sad that she has to endure the negativity that the other staff causes. She seems to be the only one with real customer service experience. In most cases you should treat a situation as if it was yours and they do not see it that way. This is why there are so many negative complaints because they do not know how to communicate or know the meaning of great customer service. They will never get good ratings.
Nelly is great. Her hands are tied so remember she's an employee, not management, and her hands are tied. One employee alone cannot undo the horrible conditions of these apartments. It's a nightmare living there. Seriously. *THE AGENT WHO LEASED ME MY UNIT TOLD ME TO CHECK WHERE SHE LIVES BEFORE I SIGNED AT THE HAMPTONS. I DID, BUT ONLY LOOKED AT THE OUTSIDE AND THEY WERE TRASHY. TOO BAD I DIDN'T LOOK AT THE INSIDE. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORSE THAN THE HAMPTONS. PLUS IT WAS CHEAPER!
