I have a 17 year old debt with Metropolitan...if I pay it off how long is the wait to find housing...I just lost my job and have a 12 year old autistic son...he needs his space I am now residing with my daughter and granddaughter...and receive SSI

You should pay the debt off whether they would let you move in or not. Metropolitan is financed by taxpayer dollars
