I’d give Conrex 0 stars if I could. Typical property management company that does not care about people - just profits. Since submitting an application, we have called 4 times to get an update, and was told we would hear back within 5 business days of submission. They gave us the listing agent’s email…and it was a fake email address. After forcing us to pay $55 per person to apply, they didn’t even have the decency to tell us whether we got the house or not. Its been 4 weeks. It’s still listed over a month later, so that tells me they’re just racking in application fees with no intention of reaching out to 99% of the applicants. A family member also applied for one of their properties, but they did hear back. They were told they’d have to pay $3,000 before even signing the lease. $550 of that was just to remove the listing from the site. I understand security deposit, pet deposit, etc. but i have NEVER heard of upfront fees that high in my 6 years of renting homes. Another family member lived in one of their properties just two years ago, and had a horrendous experience. Flooding, mold, and roof leaks. When they called, they were ignored until they had no choice but to vacate because the house was unlivable. Do yourself a favor, find a private landlord. Steer clear of these leeches. Best of luck to you fellow renters out there!

Typical investment company that is buying bulk single family homes, gentrifying, and being a resource hog. They are code violators that hide behind the "BSFR LLC" name on auditor websites. But make no mistake, BSFR LLC is Conrex Property management, and they are fully responsible for these poorly kept properties that they are forcefully taking from single family homeowners.
