The technician always arrived within the first 15 minutes of the 2 hour window of eta. Very thorough in diagnosing problem and testing the repair. Company has great sources for original repair parts that arrive in 2 to 3 days. Very polite and personable technicians. I will definitely use Mr Appliance again. I recommend that everyone should call Mr Appliance especially for microwave oven repair. Thank you, Mr Appliance!!!
