Most automotive parts manufacturers put a warranty on their parts. Most garages honor those warranties. If the manufacturer say 90 days, then the garage honors 90 days. If the manufacturer says limited lifetime, then they honor limited lifetime. Manufacturing companies and installers also have a program called "labor claims". Where when a part fails in said warranty period they'll cover all or some of the replacement labor. With all that being said, you'll have to call them and request specific information about your specific needs.
