It's best to mind your own business and worry about your household. If you are not getting paid to be neighborhood watch then you should really try to stay in your place as an RESIDENT !
They are loud and taking up a parking spot with no tags. No respect for other residents in building, but they park right in front of the building while others are coming and going, in the way. If ths s whom I think, come talk to me!! Maybe get a job and stop letting an old man who's been in the hospital for over a year support them!
