Another government agency that doesn't do anything. Where do my tax dollars go?

I wouldn't even waste your time they come out when they want and document, but they never check on you after awhile. Just document everything yourself get yourself a lawyer and sue your landlord.

I am needing help with my apartment, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and my apartment has black mold growing all in the hall way I’ve told them the neighbors told the office and all they say is we can see what we can do it they also have a safetyHazard and the pipes busted is what’s causing the mold in hall way spreading bad it’s more on the whole wall also I’ll be calling Monday because I am not-suppose to be breathing this In

The department of health is so unhelpful every time I contact them. They never know who to direct me to or give me incorrect answers. One example is that I spent weeks trying to call and figure out how to get lead testing for my baby. I was repeatedly transfered around and eventually hung up on. Eventually I was told they don't do lead testing only to find out (after we paid to have it tested elsewhere) that they do in fact do them. This sort of thing has happened when I call about other issues too.
