This place is always has less crowd than one in Concord. The drive thru is also less crowded. It is a better choice.

I agree with Dakota. My son and I go there at least once a week and we've never had a bad burger at the Pittsburg In-N-Out. I think they'd like to hear about your experience and have the opportunity to make it right. I think if you could give them the day/time of your visit; perhaps they could see if they had a new person working the line and make it a teachable moment for both the trainer and the trainer.
