Very friendly and helpful staff, although wasnt able to get my birth certificate because I was born in a different state, they printed out directions of how to get it fast online.

A city health department should have all available vaccines for all it's citizens. You want people to get this vaccine, but your not making it convenient.

I like the Norwood health Department because you can get your birth certificate the same day that you order it as long as it's between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. they stop doing birth certificates at 4:00 p.m. and to get a certified copy of your birth certificate it is $25.
