customer service was not helpful. paid $150 for 15 minutes of work, they through out my downspout screens, left garbage bags next to my cans and dirt all over my backporch.

Very flexible when it comes to payment and got the job done

Had a little hiccup due to a person getting sick so job was delayed one day, but Cincy Gutter Guys came out this morning to clean my gutters and flush my downspouts and house and detached garage. They got there and started immediately and were done in maybe 20-25 minutes. Now just have to wait for a rain to come to see how the water doesn't run over my gutters like before.

They do good work. Most likely to take care of the nails too.
