We came down to Mason on June 13th and looked at these apartments. We were told that they were a work in progress. We saw people working on the pool and the (really really bad) trash situation. Has this improved at all? Steps in the right direction?

There will always be a trash problem here. The majority of residents living here will not place trash inside the dumpster. They only throw it next to the dumpster, so it's pretty much a vicious cycle of people piling junk next to the dumpsters and waiting until management has someone clean it up. This has happened at least 5 times now already.

There is a lot of work to be done. Will not happen soon.
