I’m staying with my mom here for a little bit and wow!! The maintenance at my apartment in CLIFTON is better than this. I pay $710 a month for my apartment on campus and my maintenance is there next day TOPS. I feel bad for my family and other residents who have issues here. You had a girl living in an apartment with no AC, 82 degrees in her room. Did you guys know that’s illegal?? To have residents living in unsafe conditions? I had the same issue at my apartment and my property managers handled ASAP. And that’s for $710 a month, utilities included (except electric). Also my mom’s fridge is still turning into an icebox. Try hiring some competent maintenance people.

Worst management! The only advantage is the area! Everything is nearby! Management is very irresponsible in handling maintenance requests. They take months to serve on a request.

My best friend lives here and her apartment is absolutely beautiful the setup, the floors, the deck. The space is so open! I loved it!

There will always be a trash problem here. The majority of residents living here will not place trash inside the dumpster. They only throw it next to the dumpster, so it's pretty much a vicious cycle of people piling junk next to the dumpsters and waiting until management has someone clean it up. This has happened at least 5 times now already.
