This place is more like a campground now! I remember yrs ago it was nice now it's like trashed windows busted out roofs with tarps on em!

Old and unkept. Apparently there are no restrictions in regards to parking vehicles... Most are parked in front of campers, trailers and mobile homes in various directions.
I can never catch the owner. Ive left a few messages, are there any units available for rent or does anyone know how i can catch the landlord? Thank you in advance!

He's only there at the 1st of the month. No there aren't rentals, but rent to own financed through the park with so I believe 10% down. The owners name is Doug Menke
Was the one purchased by J Guinn an 80 ft. with a pullout ? I used to live in Shadow Lake and honestly am just reminiscing about the past.
