The home warranty is a sham. Truth is they don't care as long as they get your money. They will ignore pertinent issues and keep pushing you off. It floods all the time buyer beware don't move here

The place sucks. I would not recommend this hole. They let people live there who don't own the trailer. They think stealing from people is ok as long as they get their money
