The place sucks. I would not recommend this hole. They let people live there who don't own the trailer. They think stealing from people is ok as long as they get their money
8ts clean and well kept but myself personally I don't recommend this place. Sorry

Dont like it there raise rent ever year. And take things away and do less that why I dont live there any more
The current manager is passing out fake eviction notices demanding people do everything from repaint their trailers to getring rid of their flowers. Our central air went out and we were told ww cant have a window unit because it looks bad. Horrible new management, would not reccomend moving in.
419.00 so 8 was told. I thought the prices for the new Manf. Homes was at least two times what they should be.
