to my knowledge: no. you can get in with a gift card or if you go in to just buy something at their food court. there is nothing to stop you from walking thru the rest of the store. but the store registers require you to have a membership or a gift card to buy at normal registers. i don't know if the optometrist requires you to have a membership or not tho. they use their own register. so that might go either way.
Membership is required to get into the store and purchase anything and the name on the card is the only one that can pay
