I am glad I got up apartment building with w PD Madison because they all time a make sure they work this done properly and everything so that's the best apartment around in the neighborhood and they keep up with a building and clean area

I think Wpd has great apartments and housing for rent and when I get time I'm going to go look at one of there houses they have for rent in the south shore area because there rent is reasonable for all of there rental property

My property manager for 7633 East End doesn't never respond to my emails, texts, nor calls. I have repairment issues that have been needed to be done, have Roach infestation and a patch wall done improperly by maintenance which caused mold, centerpieces and roaches, need strip.on inside of refrigerator reapplied and caulk work as well as an shower rod that belongs to me needing to be installed on outer side of tub and an iron rod inner front of bathroom window. I have hard time getting on portal because I get no response from property manager
