They lied to me they promised me things to get me to move in to the unit and I never got it I’m really upset that I chose this building the trash builds up outside and inside the building the property manager’s changed soon as I moved in and now I don’t have what was promised to me I’m moving in a year because I’m telling them I never got what I was told I would have I hate liars be careful moving in here they make false promises

I rented with WPD management before and they were P ACCOMMODATING TO ANY ISSUES THAT I HAD THEY KEPT THE PROPERTY CLEAN THE APPLIANCES OF DATED AND VERY COURTEOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO RENT FROM WPD MANAGEMENT AS A MATTER OF FACT I WANT TO RENT ANOTHER UNIT FROM THEM

I LIVED HERE FOR 7 MONTHS ( BROKE MY LEASE) THIS MANAGEMNT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, FALSE ADS, ETC, ANYWAYS MY BUILDING WAS FLOOOODED WITH MUTATED NIJA TURLE COCKROACHES. THESE PEOPLE ARE NASTY AND ALLOW ANYONE TO LIVE IN THEIR BUILDINGS RUNNNNNNN....

I will not be renewing my lease ! They don’t answer the main phone , my property manager HANNAH never responds to a call or text when I’m having a problem. It takes them forever to do maintenance when you request it . The only time I hear from her is when she wants me to renew my lease. She made sure she called and texted regularly for that. This was the same issue with my last property manager before she became the manager. If I’m able to break this lease I will !!

I am glad I got up apartment building with w PD Madison because they all time a make sure they work this done properly and everything so that's the best apartment around in the neighborhood and they keep up with a building and clean area
