Madallion has a 40 foot tree on a property that it owns at 8835 s Princeton and a very large tree has fell onto the next two properties to the north side of it This situation happened Thursday and the tree has not been removed as of today? The concerned block club is wondering when this falling tree will be be removed off of the two properties north of your property

Worst experience ever I’ve been in this house since the end of April it’s been nothing but problems first none of the sinks worked I filed a maintenance complaint no one came out till July . second black mold in the basement since I moved in problem still not fixed. 3 the cabinets in the kitchen are disgusting full of grease stain and all type of other stains and they smell terrible. 4 it rained and now the roof is falling apart and a raccoon is in the roof now you call whoever answers the phone is no help at all no one ever calls back then you get a text when it’s close to time for you to pay rent this place isn’t livable for a animal. If I could I would have gave 0 stars

I rented a home from them and now my daughters are sick. I’m in process of suing them. My home was molded and mildew . They never fixed anything all they do is collect your money. I lost so much renting from them . They’re terrible never rent from them and I wish I can give them zero stars
