Truly cannot say enough bad things about this property manager. I used DMG for a few months to manage 9 of my rental units before I fired them. All I can say is stay away from them at all costs. They couldn't get my tenants setup to pay properly on AppFolio, they did a horrible job communicating with my tenants and answering their problems, they charged crazy amounts for maintenance fixes, and the icing on the cake for me was when they hired an attorney to handle an eviction case for me. The lawyer that they hired for me has been nothing short of horrendous. He doesn't respond to any of my emails and has provided no help or context on the eviction process. When I looked into the lawyer that they hired, I looked him up and saw that he had a 1 star rating on Yelp yet DMG for some reason still chose to hire him. Please spare yourself the headache that I endured and stay away from DMG.
