Yes if they are contained, but not near the wildlife please......
All California State Parkland in SLO County seems to be dog unfriendly. We take our pup up to San Simeon Cove, about 5 miles further north. North of the pier is Hearst Ranch property with a public easement. Dogs on leash recommended.
